4.What are the methods of book payment and delivery?

•  In case of online purchase, books can be bought and paid online by credit / debit cards only
• Customers can opt for courier services or self-collection for books purchased online
• In case of physical purchase, payment can be made through NETS or PayNow only

5.How to collect books if self-collection has exceeded 5 days from the day of purchase?

 If self-collection has exceeded 5 days, a small fee of SGD 3 is collected for holding the books in racks due to space constraint.

6.What time can I visit the branch to buy books?

7.Where are your branches located for Tamil coaching?

We are located at Hougang (Main Centre), Hougang Blk 804, Ang Mo Kio, Admiralty, Tampines West and Bedok. Pls note books are available for walk-in purchase at Hougang (Main Centre) only, not available in other branches.

8.Is the book exchange possible for online and physical purchase?

Please double check the cart while ordering online or before leaving the physical counter. We do not encourage book exchange after purchase.
